I’m the kind of person who likes to savour every bite and make sure that I appreciate all the flavours, textures, and nuances in my food. When I go out to eat with friends, family or lovers, they often comment on how much I seem to be enjoying myself - I moan and make love with my food! But it’s not just about good manners for me; it’s about appreciating something special.

These days, you can find me wiggling around in my seat when my meal arrives at the table - anticipation is half the fun, after all - and if there’s a chef’s table available. Then you’ll find me sitting right up front, watching as each dish is prepared. And when something genuinely delicious hits my tongue? You can bet that everyone within earshot will know because I won’t be able to contain myself!
