It has been emphasised that sex is the best form of exercise out there…now correct me if I am wrong…but if you are a 2 minute guy or even a 10 minute guy you ain’t gonna lose that beer belly :P

As you’ve probably seen on my social media, I love being active in and out of the bedroom…Trust me, if I had the time, and if you had the money, we could work off that beer belly no dramas ;) It’s my goal to build on my physique, and go through cycles of bulking and cutting, while maintaining a relatively lean body all year round to please my lovers. I want to be your sinful gift in the bedroom, giving you a rare physique to touch and explore…and not to mention a nice personality to go with it…

After many enquires from followers, clients and friends seeking exercise advice, I’ve decided to launch my own exercise programs based on my knowledge and experience (not just in the bedroom). Apart from sex, my gym-based programs are my speciality as I practice it myself on a daily basis. This is where I build my strength to make it rough, endurance to make it last, and confidence to look good when I bounce on top of you.

Let’s not get too distracted…back to the programs…gym programs…with years of lifting experience, I have decided to develop my own training manual to target those who want to build muscle and strength. In other words, to make sex easy ;)

My training manual consists of 15 pages that covers how to use the program, key terms, FAQs, terminology explained, and three separate 8-week programs:

1. Full body routine (3 gym days per week)

2. Upper/lower body routine (4 gym days per week)

3. Body part split routine (5 gym days per week)


The structure between the programs are very similar as they work towards the same goal. With all three programs focusing on the same goal, you have the option to choose a routine that suits your training preference or work in with your schedule. If you do not have much time to spare, you may benefit from my 3-day program, whereas if you enjoy being active regularly and have the time, you will benefit from my 5-day program.

The programs focus primarily on compound exercises involving multiple joints and muscle groups that go through a large range of motion. Please note that this manual does not explain or demonstrate lifting technique, and assumes you already have a basic understanding of how to perform the exercises with proper form.
