Making a Difference
It's nice to be wanted, but even better to hear that you're helping.
Oftentimes, I reflect on the changes I can make to someone's life. Even if it's something small- maybe the day they see you is otherwise hard, or they're coming down after a stressful meeting or week at work. To relax, take the edge off, and to explore themselves in a non-judgemental, welcoming, and sensual environment is something we all want once in a while, and that little bit can make all the difference. What's even better is hearing the responses and changes you can make to someone - here are some of my favourites that I go back to upon reflection:
"You're the reason I can go to work for another week."
"I really needed the company, and the conversation. Thank you."
"I feel like I've run a marathon! And I finished first!" (pun fully intended on that one, I'm sure.)
Communication is the key to any social interaction and I sure do love hearing those positive changes I can make in people - the world needs all the love it can get.
