It's my first time.
Dear Diary,
Last night I had a client whose first time it was hiring an escort. He was nervous and anxious.
I understood, it reminded me of the very first client I ever had.
I was worried and a little scared, even though I knew I wasn't doing anything wrong and that I wanted to work in the industry.
There was no "on the job training" or manual on what to do. I wasn't sure how to navigate it.
I didn't know what to expect either, Was he going to be rude?, Was he going to disrespect me?, Would he want me to do things I didn't want to do? ...
But he was so lovely, he asked me how my day was and what I'd been up to. He opened the door for me. He was polite and courteous. He was "normal". It was as if you were meeting up with any other person for any other reason. Then I understood that my fear was based on the stigma built around this line of work, what the media and movies portray, was making me feel scared.
For my client last night, it was very similar, he also didn't know what to expect.
He felt unsure of his decision, he didn't know what the boundaries were and if he was going to be able to enjoy it.
We spoke a bit, laughed and got into it. He was pleased he had decided to go ahead with it :)
In the end, we are all just "people" and we can treat this exchange as we would any other.
Be polite, kind, communicate what service you would like and relax, then everything will go smoothly.
This is a great example of why I love being a companion, to help people see all this in a different light and be able to enjoy one of life's greatest pleasures.
I better go get on with my day now, laundry and car cleaning!
I'll write soon,
Lily xxx
