What a day
Had a client today he was nice and friendly but dirty and playful at the same time, we had fun but he kept asking to make him my friends with benefits. This instantly turned me off him because he said he wanted to use me. I’m worth investing in and went out of my way to see him put in effort so I didn’t respect him after he said he wanted me to be free for him during his lunch break. I won’t see him again because he pressured me and I felt bad saying no but happy I did because my business is still in tact and I haven’t compromised my expectations to keep him happy. I love my job but doesn’t everyone have aspects of their job they love? Just because I love coffee and coffee loves me doesn’t mean I get a latte for free. I’m hoping clients can appreciate that yes I do love my job but it’s a done deal that it’s an arrangement so I’m financially happy and the client is satisfied.
