It took me a long time and a lot of courage to reach out to someone like Mistress Lotus. It would be my first time seeing a Pro Domme and exploring what I now know to be called 'Conscious Kink'. Relinquishing your power is inherently vulnerable and I needed to find someone I could trust not to take things too far. With a recommendation from a friend and a thorough reading of her website I took the leap and filled out the application form.
The more I went through Mistress Lotus's process for new clients the safer I felt to submit to her. Mistress Lotus is an exceptional communicator and took her time to make sure my boundaries, desires, and intentions for the session were clearly identified and understood. She made sure I was aware of how safe words work and when to use them. She strongly encouraged me to ask and clarify anything I needed to. I feel I have grown and gained so much insight into myself. I feel a whole new level of self-love.
