Thank god the borders opened again :) I had the pleasure of having dinner with this young lady on her Brisbane tour last week. What an amazing evening. Ellie is fabulous in person, she's a fun and engaging companion and I seriously just could have spent all night hanging out at the restaurant, eating pig's tails and drinking wine. I thoroughly enjoyed the time I spent with her and look forward to doing so again in the future. I'll keep it short by saying that after dinner was even more fun, Ellie is an enthusiastic and amazing partner, and thinking about our time together will always bring a smile to my face.
