RESCHEDULES
If you need to reschedule your experience, please get in contact with me at least 48 hours prior to our scheduled date, and I’m more than happy to honour your deposit for a new time within the next 3-4weeks. Deposits are only held for 1 reschedule. If the new time doesn’t work out for you again but you would still love to have an experience, a 2nd deposit must be paid xx

LATE/FAILING TO SHOW
15 minute grace period, after 20 minutes your experience will unfortunately be cancelled. Deposit is not refunded if 20 mins late and experience is cancelled and same applies for fail to shows. If running late full price of experience must still be paid.

REFUNDS
Deposits are non-refundable.
Deposit is not refunded if visible health inspection is failed
Price of experience you have booked for is non-refundable nor credited if you cut your booking short.

CANCELLATIONS
Deposit is not refunded if you decide to cancel your experience.
If I am unwell and can't make it to our booking deposit will be refunded or credited as per your choice.

SOCIALS AND FLY ME TO YOU
All outing expenses and travel costs are payable by you on top of experience price.
