Happy November, Lover!

Grant me a moment to share an exceptional experience I had recently? One that I'm still thinking about, one that was very much worth it...

I had the privilege of being on the receiving end of exceptional customer service for three hours of my life, and it left me even more inspired in my own business. Every quarter I spend a morning at the hair salon. Not one for sitting still, I'm usually pretty antsy half-way through...but not this time! This time I was so well taken care of I didn't want to leave.

Coffee, just the way I like it.
Conversation and laughter pass the time.
Bright, glossy magazines delivered at each stage.
All delivered by a handsome older gentleman who had the kindest eyes I've seen.

I tend to observe things - people specifically - quite closely and was curious about this man. What made him so attentive? Why was he interested in making sure I had a fantastic experience? He wasn't even the one doing my hair. Then I quizzed my new stylist about who owned the salon - a funky, classy, art deco space in the heart of the CBD, reminiscent of tiny perfectly curated spaces in upper west New York City. Turns out it's kind-eyed George's building. And he owns the adjacent, thriving premises too.

What got me was that George probably didn't need to be there offering me a second sweet espresso, he wanted to be there. And he had obviously built his life's work on providing a level of service that blows people away. I felt as if I'd met a kindred spirit.

My aim when we connect is for the level of service provided to leave you a smile that lasts for days too.

Ps - I prefer emails or phone calls versus texts, you'll receive a fun response because I can write so much more efficiently with all fingers versus my thumbs...kind of like how you're more talented with multiple digits involved, right?

More about me:
I've been around this fun and exciting domain of service for 15 (!!) years globally, albeit I am new to the Adelaide scene. I love this line of work and am proud to offer a genuinely attentive and excellent service.
My body : tall, tanned, far from perfect (but I wouldn't expect it to be after 4 decades!) and very sensual.
