*CANCELLATION POLICY*

If you cannot attend your appointment you may reschedule for another time within 4 weeks of the initial appointment as long as a minimum of 48 hours notice is given. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice the deposit is forfeited.

You may only cancel and reschedule your appointment ONCE. If you cancel and reschedule more than once then the initial deposit is forfeited and you will need to pay a new deposit.

In the unlikely event that I am unable to attend an appointment you will be given a full refund of your deposit amount if we cannot reschedule for another time.
