I have a confession. I genuinely love flying.
While most people dread long flights, I relish them. Somewhere above the clouds, my usually busy mind finally slows down. I can read, write, stare out the window or do absolutely nothing without feeling the slightest bit guilty.
Perhaps that’s why travelling to meet someone has always felt so natural to me.
