I’ve been writing a lot lately, and honestly, I can't help it—being out in the country is just so exciting! It’s been a while since I’ve visited Echuca, and let me tell you, it really turned it on for me! I was busy meeting fabulous people, savoring the delicious food, and soaking in all the charm of the town—I barely had time to wash my hair!
In hindsight, I wish I could have stayed an extra day; I think next time I’m definitely going to extend my stay to two days instead of just one. There’s just so much more to see and so many more wonderful people to meet! I really want to hop on that boat cruise; I hear it’s sold out, but if I book it now for next time, I’ll get to experience those gorgeous river views!
Today, I’m off to Shepparton, and I have to say, I haven't been there for a while either—so I’m bubbling with excitement! And then it’s on to Albury for the long weekend, which I am super thrilled about! Celebrating my mom’s birthday in my favorite country town is going to be absolutely phenomenal. I can’t wait to check out some wineries with a couple of friends and really dive into the best of country life.
