I’ve been thinking lately about what really creates attraction between two people…
For me, it’s rarely just about appearance. Of course physical attraction matters but I think real desire starts somewhere deeper. It can be the way someone looks at you, the conversation you have, their confidence, their humour or simply an energy you can’t explain.
I’ve met people I thought were attractive and felt absolutely nothing. And I’ve met others where, after ten minutes of talking, something just clicked.
That’s what fascinates me about human connection.

Maybe that’s one of the things I enjoy most about meeting someone new. For a few hours, two people can forget about everything happening outside and just enjoy each other’s company.
Not every connection needs a future to have meaning. Sometimes it’s one evening, sometimes you meet again and sometimes someone unexpectedly becomes a familiar face you genuinely look forward to seeing.
I’ve learned not to overthink those things.
