escort diary® of Aussie Barbie: Wangaratta Diary – A Little Wander Through History
My time in Wangaratta has come to an end and it’s been such a lovely stop on my tour. We spent some time wandering along the walking paths around town, just taking things slowly and enjoying the relaxed feel of the place. It’s such a nice way to really soak up a town when you’re travelling.
Kylie and did a little shopping while we were out exploring and also discovered the Wangaratta Museum, which was a great little find. I always love stumbling across places like that when I’m away — learning a bit about the history and stories behind these beautiful regional towns.
Kylie and I were lucky enough to spend time with some absolutely lovely gentlemen while we were here, including doing a few fun doubles together. The welcoming vibe in Wangaratta really stood out — everyone was so friendly and warm, which always makes a visit extra special.
We also enjoyed a great meal and a relaxed evening at the North Eastern Hotel (the Northo). You can’t beat good pub food and a great atmosphere after a busy day exploring.
Now I’m heading off to Melbourne for my final night of the tour before I make my way home.
Thank you Wangaratta for such a beautiful stay — I’ll definitely be back again.
