I’ve left Wagga Wagga now, but I have to say I absolutely loved my time there. Every town on tour has its own energy, and Wagga definitely delivered some beautiful moments. One of my favourite little discoveries was Wagga Beach along the Murrumbidgee River.
I wasn’t expecting such a lovely spot right in town, but it turned out to be the perfect place to cool off. With the heat while I was there, dipping my toes in the water and enjoying the view was such a refreshing break. Sometimes the simple things end up being the best little surprises when you’re travelling.
The town itself was wonderful to wander around as well, and as always the gentlemen I met in Wagga Wagga were warm, welcoming and absolute gentlemen. It really makes visiting places like this feel special.
Thank you Wagga for such a lovely stay. I’ll definitely be back again — I think there are still a few more little gems for me to discover next time.
