Gabi has been absolutely fantastic every time I've seen her. From the pleasant interactions before the booking, to the amazing service she provides once the doors close. I have seen her more times than I can count, and still keen for more. She's always professional but brings a warmth to her with her personality, she can make you forget everything else, always makes me feel special and lucky.
