Food: I love local eateries! In Hong Kong I often search out Korean BBQ restaurants and Singapore is famous for its low cost local food markets, they are very vibrant and have so much to choose from so I always try to go when I'm in town.

I have a membership to an online yoga and Pilates school in the USA. So I can stretch in my room where ever I am in the world! Hong Kong has amazing hiking as well so I never miss out on a hike no matter what the humidity is! Also, If I haven't over packed I try to bring my roller blades on tour! Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne, Gold Coast and Singapore all have good places to rollerblade.
