Cancellation Policy

Gold Coast Bookings:

All bookings for the Gold Coast region require a deposit to confirm your appointment. Please be aware of the following terms:
• Deposits are strictly non-refundable.
• If you need to cancel your booking, your deposit may be transferred once to a new appointment time, provided it is rescheduled within 2 days of the original booking.
• If a new booking is not arranged within this 2-day window, the deposit is forfeited.

Touring Bookings (Outside the Gold Coast):

When touring other cities, time is limited and bookings are strictly managed. As such, the following cancellation terms apply:
• Cancellations made with more than 1 week’s notice:
50% of the full booking fee is still payable.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking:
100% of the booking fee is payable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
• All deposits are non-refundable.
