First and foremost, please realise that you are speaking with a living, breathing human being. I respond to all inquiries personally. Therefore, any rudeness, excessive messaging or incoherence will not be responded to and will potentially be blocked.
I don’t like repeating myself. You can find an abundance of information about me, my tours, and my services all on here and on my socials - so please read everything on here first before asking questions.
I don’t require excessive personal details, but please be clear and specific in your inquiry to avoid back and forth and to speed up the booking process.

EXTRAS
This is only what is available. This list is not indicative of everything that will/can be done within a booking.
I like to operate on a "vibe" basis and prefer our booking to flow naturally on what is mutually enjoyable in that moment. Therefore, no two bookings will be identical.
If there are a few specific extras you are seeking, then please specify these upon booking so that I am able to tailor the perfect experience just for you.

PAYMENTS
Payments can be made via cash, PAYID, Beemit and bank transfer.
DEPOSITS
Please expect to pay a non-refundable deposit via cash deposit, bank transfer , PayID or Beemit.
The deposit amount payable will vary depending on travel time, touring, and length of booking, but will usually be around 25-50% of the total amount payable.
I only have time to message serious clients, therefore if you excessively message then I will eventually stop replying unless a deposit is paid.

CANCELLATIONS
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable if you cancel our booking.

RESCHEDULES
If you'd like to reschedule our time, please get in touch at least 48 hours prior to our scheduled date, and I will honour your deposit for a new time within the next month. I only honour deposits for 1 reschedule. If the new rescheduled time no longer suits and you’d like to make a 2nd reschedule then a new deposit must be paid.

REFUNDS
Deposits are non-refundable.
I do not give refunds if you cancel, cut our booking short or are unable to be serviced.
Refunds MIGHT only be given at my sole discretion if the cancellation or cutting short of a booking is done so by me.

PHOTOS
All photos on here are recent. They are updated every 6-9 months,
I don't facetime or send photos via message/email unless a fee is paid. There are plenty of free photos and videos posted on here and on my socials, so please do your own research.

TRAVEL / OUTCALLS
Travel costs are payable by you, over and above my hourly rate.
The travel fee is dependent on how much travel time is involved, and is not necessarily a reflection of the uber rate.
Outcalls that are far from the CBD will only be accepted if booking for a minimum of 1.5 hours.
If the outcall is within the CBD / close proximity to me, then the travel fee might be waived, at my discretion.

RUNNING LATE
Bookings are held for 15 minutes. After this time if you have not contacted me to let me know you’re going to be late, our date will be cancelled. A 10 minute grace period is given, after that your lateness will cut into your booking time and the full fee must still be paid.
