Tour Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Tour appointments are limited and reserved specifically for you. As touring involves significant travel, accommodation and associated costs, the following cancellation policy applies to all tour bookings.

Deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations or requests to reschedule made more than 48 hours before your appointment may be transferred to another available time during the same tour, subject to availability.

Cancellations or requests to reschedule made within 48 hours of your confirmed appointment will result in the remaining booking balance becoming payable, unless I agree to transfer your booking to another available appointment during the same tour.

One reschedule only is permitted. If a rescheduled appointment is subsequently cancelled or rescheduled again, the remaining booking balance will become payable in full.

Same-day cancellations and no-shows will result in the remaining booking balance becoming payable in full.

Any outstanding cancellation balance must be settled before another booking can be accepted.
