House Rules (Or How to Win My Attention)

I adore luxury, good manners, and men who know what they want. As such, I strongly prefer meeting at 5-star hotels or private luxury residences where we can both enjoy a comfortable and discreet experience.

A quick note before you ask: I do not offer natural services, so please save us both the awkward conversation and don't inquire.

To secure a booking, a 20% deposit is required. This can be arranged through several discreet methods. Think of it as the difference between making a reservation at a fine restaurant and hoping a table magically appears.

Should you need to cancel more than 12 hours before our scheduled time, your deposit can be transferred to a future booking. However after 12 hours, deposits are non-refundable. If I ever need to cancel for any reason, your deposit will of course be refunded in full.

I am quite selective about whom I spend my time with and tend to favour genuine, respectful, high-calibre gentlemen. If you'd like to enquire, please include:

• Your name
• A little about yourself
• Preferred meeting location
• Desired duration
• Preferred date and time

Messages that simply say "Hi", "Hello", or "You free?" are unlikely to receive a response. Again think of your first message like ordering at this fine restaurant. If you just shout "Food!”, nobody knows what to bring.
