Hello, I’m Lalita Rose
I’m a warm, playful and deeply embodied Tantric practitioner, somatic intimacy educator and bodyworker based in the Byron Bay / Northern Rivers region.
I bring more than fifteen years of immersion in Tantra, embodiment, nervous-system awareness, relationships, sexuality and the healing arts to my work. After many years living and travelling internationally, I recently returned home to Australia.
What fascinates me is what happens when we stop treating sexuality as something we have to perform and begin experiencing it as embodied aliveness... and dare I say it, our connection to what is Divine.
My sessions are spacious, intuitive and heart-centered. I love creating enough time for your nervous system to settle, for the breath to deepen and for sensation to become something you can actually inhabit rather than chase.

Tantric Massage ~ My bodywork combines slow, sensual touch with conscious breathing, energetic awareness and deep full-body presence.
Rather than moving immediately toward genital stimulation or orgasm, I invite you to notice how arousal can build, soften, circulate and spread through the entire body.
I approach the intimate body with reverence, sensitivity and nurturance. I believe a man can be strong in his softness as much as his hardness.
Through deep feminine presence, I offer a different experience of pleasure: less about racing toward a peak and more about discovering how much sensation, relaxation and aliveness the body can hold.
There is no requirement to orgasm, and no requirement not to. The practice is about developing greater awareness and choice.
Tantric Devotional Experience ~ For those wanting to explore more deeply, my longer sessions allow us to weave together bodywork with practices such as Tantric breathing, eye gazing, guided meditation, subtle-energy awareness, heart–sex breathing and embodied exploration of intimacy and desire.
My background also includes extensive training in somatic sexuality and erotic education. If there is something you genuinely want support with — rapid ejaculation, erection difficulties, sexual anxiety, numbness, shame, difficulty receiving or simply wanting to become more present and connected during intimacy — we can gently explore that too.
Or you may simply want to surrender for a while and be deeply received by the Goddess
