DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS

I require a $200 deposit ($300-$500 for bookings over an hour) through Beem It or bank transfer to secure the booking. This is non-negotiable, even for last minute bookings. Please don’t try to organise a booking if you are not ready to pay a deposit. After finding a day and time that suits us both, deposit must be made within an hour. Any payment received after this time frame will be seen as a donation. Cash payment upon arrival is preferred.

I understand that plans can change and I'm doing my best to be as accomodating as possible. If you reschedule with more than 24 hours notice, you can transfer our date ONCE to another day. If you reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, the deposit is non-refundable and a new deposit would have to be made in order to reschedule. In the unlikely event that I have to cancel our date, the deposit will be refunded in full. During tours my time is very limited and deposits are non-refundable.
