• Deposits are non-refundable and will be forfeited if you cancel, fail to attend, or arrive too late for the appointment.

• Reschedule requests require at least 48 hours’ notice and are subject to approval. Reschedules requested with less notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

• Appointment time begins at the scheduled start time, not your arrival time. Late arrivals will receive the remaining time available within the original booking period.

• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show and the booking may be cancelled.

• Changes to the booking after arrival, including requests for additional time or different services, are not guaranteed and remain at my discretion.

• If you choose not to proceed with the booking after arriving, all payments and deposits will be forfeited.

• I reserve the right to refuse or end a booking if I feel unsafe, boundaries are not respected, agreed information is found to be false, or communication becomes abusive or disrespectful.

• Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in permanent refusal of future bookings.

• By paying a deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
