Touring plans and expectations
Touring, as exciting as it is can be a time where I feel like you need to be even more vigilant. I find the hardest part sometimes is getting men to see your perspective. So today I wanted to go through why I do not accept short notice bookings without a deposit on tour.
Sadly in our industry we have to deal with a lot of fake bookings, not just the usual time wasters but sadly sometimes those whose intentions are questionable.
In order to minimalise risk of my touring location being on a touring list of unquestionable people after addresses for reasons I do not want to know, I ask for a cleared deposit done via atm or BPay protecting our privacy. The last thing I want is putting my clients at risk by taking last minute bookings without a cleared deposit and pre booked. Meaning once I am on a plane to my touring location I will not be accepting further bookings for that tour.
I find this to be the safest way I can see gentlemen who are also mindful of their discretion in wanting a nice and discreet meeting place. It’s not just about the waste of time but primarily about security. I want to keep myself and my clients safe.
Obviously if I cancel due to insufficient bookings or another reason I will refund that amount or you can use it towards a future bookings outstanding amount.
My goal for my tours and all bookings is a relaxed atmosphere for us both- so we can have a pleasurable time together. By taking the deposits it greatly decreases the likelyhood of time wasters or address hunters as such. Of course it tells me of the tour will be worth while and I will be more comfortable getting us a beautiful room to enjoy knowing we will have that discretion.
So I do ask if I am touring you soon and you wish to see me to secure your booking with a deposit and advance booking as I do not book flights or accommodation without having my bookings set as regardless I will not be taking last minute bookings on tour and I will be there for under 24 hours .
