- Session applications made via my "seraphinesays" website booking form will be responded to first, as these applications have all the information I require to make a hassle free appointment time.
- Due to the significant regular clientele built over the years, I often book out in advance, and require a minimum of 2 weeks notice to secure a booking.

PROCEDURE
1| Availability
Mondays - Fridays 10am - 9pm.
2| Session application
When you have decided on a booking duration, please initiate contact via the booking application form on my "seraphinesays" website.
3| Tentative booking
Once a date/time is mutually agreed, a tentative placeholder booking will be made pending receipt of 50% deposit payable within 3 business days, lest the allotted time be reopened to other clients.
4| Deposit payment
Deposits can be paid via Beem to @SeraphineSays, or cash-dropped via registered post if necessary.
Deposit rainchecks and cancellation policies can be found below.
5| Confirmed booking
Once the deposit is received, your booking status will be changed from "tentative" to "confirmed", and The Sanctuary address and arrival instructions will be emailed to you.

POLICIES
| Reschedule | 24hrs+ written notice
Deposits are transferrable once only to a future booking date ("raincheck"), provided a minimum 24hrs notice is given to reschedule.
| Cancellation | same day
If less than 24hrs notice is given, the deposit is forfeit to cover preparations made and time lost.
In the rare event of cancellation without deposit (eg; regular clients), a 50% last-minute cancellation fee is incurred to cover preparations made and time lost.
Until this amount is paid, no new bookings will be made.
