Please Help Me To Own My Own Home <3
Dear Gentleman,
Last year I purchased a block of land on the Sunshine Coast for $340,000. There will stand my own home. I`ve never had my own home in Australia and the last time I lived in my own was back in Hungary 13 years ago. As you may know being a tenant is a very vulnerable position. Last year I already paid $17,000 deposit. This year I need to pay another $17,000 before settlement. Plus the over $8,000 stamp duty.
You may be aware of the fact that business has been very slow lately. Most people are struggling to pay their mortgage and with the high costs of living. I went on a tour lately which was very successful. Unfortunately I hardly make any money in Canberra these days. I will go on a tour again as soon as I find a petsitter for my pussycats.
I need to save $20,000 within a month. It is not impossible, I earned the $17,000 deposit last year within a month. What I am asking is please come and see me and help me to own my own home! If I am unable to save the money I will lose my $17,000 deposit. That would be a disaster.
