I like to name this group of images “making shape”. As the name entails, they speak of movement, health, liveliness, smile, happiness and vibrancy. All of those qualifies are innate to me and my chosen professions.

Joseph Pilates, the founder of the Pilates movement, famously said “you are only as young as the suppleness of your spine”. I would add a twist to that by saying “... and as your spirit, and vividness of your imagination...”

I hope these images bring a smile to your face, and more so, that my presence brightens your day.
