Next Aftercare Day is Tuesday, November 12th. For those of you who’ve booked larger sessions, intense sessions or are a novice, I’m offering a complimentary 30-minute video or audio follow-up. This time together gives you the opportunity to reflect, process, and bring any lingering thoughts or emotions to the surface. It’s a safe, intentional space where I’m present for you; making sure you leave the experience feeling grounded, valued, and centered.
