Sign of the times and the COVid curves
Hi guys I have been wondering lately what to do next
For years I worked out hard and retained my abs of steel . Then COVID 19 came along . Getting aquainted with every series of interest on Netflix , Prime Stan and foxtel. Then I discovered You Tube.
Instead of bounding out of bed in the am going for a run or putting on a pair of gloves . Which really is a bit boring to do by yourself. I stayed in bed read a book or 2 .Then the kilos kicked in and the COVID curves were born. OMG . Doing push ups, crunches and squats lasted about 5 minutes . My next course of action was the keto diet. Cream in the coffee may be OK for 1 or 2 cups but 10 !!! There was a reason I gave up pizza years ago ( I loved every bite)Those curves were taking hold .Most women I know bar 2 have had an attack of the covid curves. .This is starting to peeve me off. Even the pool isnt an option. it's not heated (I'm a wimp) and the weather not conducive to swimming.. (I'm a wimp).
I am now starting to embrace my curves , Who am I kidding , I'm far too vain and really love figure hugging clothes to keep embracing them for long. Life is constantly evolving as is my body . Taut toned and fabulous here I come.
