Can adventure dates be a thing?
I’ve been wondering lately—can adventure dates be a thing? I think back to the time I went hiking in Tasmania. It was my first long/overnight trek, and I chose the South Coast Track. Seven days of rugged beauty, completely off the grid. We had to fly in on a tiny plane, get dropped off in the middle of nowhere, and then hike all the way back to civilization. The journey ended at a road where we were finally picked up and driven back to Hobart. It was exhilarating, challenging, and utterly unforgettable.
Now, I can’t help but think—where are the adventurous gentlemen who love this kind of experience? The ones who would want to bring a beautiful companion along on such a journey?
Picture this: spending the day hiking through breathtaking wilderness, arriving at a secluded campsite, and then you, getting dinner together while I freshen up in river and prepare dessert().
Enjoying each other’s company under a blanket of stars. Sounds like a perfect adventure date to me.
Now, I understand that looking at my photos, you may assume that wilderness adventures are not for me—and I wouldn’t blame you. But I need any outdoor-loving gentleman to know that while I scrub up well, I can rough it with the best of them (and still look pretty damn good).
