I recently slipped away to Daylesford for a few days and thought I'd share a little glimpse into the experience. From French dining and beautiful wine to quiet afternoons in the library at Poets Lodge and wandering the Sunday market, it was the perfect reminder to slow down and simply enjoy the moment.
