Today I’ll be out doing a long walk (35kms… wish me luck )
so I’m taking the day to reset, recharge, and clear my head

There’s something about moving your body, breathing deeply, and switching off from everything for a while that feels so good

And tomorrow… it’s my birthday

Which means I’ll be back, feeling fresh, a little glowing…
and very much in the mood to celebrate
