diary of trans escort Sofia León: A Slow Morning & A Fast Heartbeat
Hey baby… dear… I’ve been settling into my rhythm here in Australia, and today felt like one of those calm, sun-kissed mornings that make you appreciate where you are. I woke up early as always at 6am, made a quick coffee, and headed to class. Even though my roots are in Medellín, there’s something about the Australian mornings that feels gentle on the spirit.
After class I went straight to the gym...my favourite part of the day. I love feeling my body wake up fully, muscles warm, heartbeat steady. The gym has always been my safe space, the one place where effort feels honest. Maybe that’s why honesty and loyalty mean so much to me… they keep people real, just like training does.
Around lunch I came back home, made something simple (definitely not soup ) and put on some techno while I showered. I always end up choosing black, white or beige outfits—it’s just where my soul feels at home. Yellow still feels too loud for me .
Being here reminds me how much I love exploring new places. I’ve been lucky enough to see so many countries already—Spain, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Croatia… but Australia has always been on my list. I love how people here are relaxed, open, and warm in their own way. It makes me feel comfortable, even when I’m far from Medellín and my family.
People ask me often if I’m in love… I’m not, not right now. I believe in chemistry first, the kind that sparks without warning, where you feel that little rush before you even understand why. Without connection, things feel empty. With it… everything feels alive.
Later tonight I’ll probably study a little for my audiovisual production course, and do some personal training sessions, maybe meditate, maybe call my family. My transition has taught me patience and softness, but also strength. Every day I choose myself a little more.
If you’re reading this, thank you for being curious about my world. I like sharing these pieces of my day with you.
Until next time, dear
