What a wonderfull way to spend a frosty afternoon in Hobart. It was easy to forget about the snow on the mountain when this spectacularly talented woman was devouring me with otherworldly talent. Read all of the reviews and you'll get some idea of this gorgeous woman (because they're all true!), but you really won't understand their meaning until you have your own personal adventure. I also had the pleasure of spending some time relaxing and chatting with Chanel and just know she is as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. I won't say "Do yourself a favour" so much as say you would be doing yourself a disservice if you don't experience Chanel French at least once in your lifetime.
