Will try to keep this brief, but I managed to arrange a dinner date with Rebecca before dining in restrictions were enforced and it was awesome!
Communication was expedient, and the very first reply I got from her made it clear that I was dealing with an absolute professional. I reached out to her a week in advance but we finished the entire booking process within 2 days and all that was left was counting down to our dinner together.
