I respond to all inquiries personally. Therefore, any rudeness, excessive messaging will not be responded to and will potentially be blocked. Be clear and specific in your inquiry to avoid back and forth and to speed up the booking process.

Please don’t message with “hi” or leave out the details — clear communication turns me on far more than small talk.

I do ask for a photo so I know who I’m meeting.

I’m fully vaccinated and undergo regular health checks to ensure my safety and yours.

I reserve the right to end any booking if boundaries are crossed or consent is breached. Respect and mutual trust are everything.

CANCELLATIONS
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable if you cancel our booking.

I perform health checks at the start of every booking, If you fail the health check we will cancel our booking cordially (less the deposit fee, at my discretion).

RESCHEDULES

I reserve the right to cancel the booking if you are 15 minutes late and uncommunicative an hour prior to appointment.

If you'd like to reschedule our time, please get in touch at least 48 hours prior to our scheduled date, and I will honor your deposit for a new time within the next month.

I only honor deposits for 1 reschedule. If the new rescheduled time no longer suits and you’d like to make a 2nd reschedule then a new deposit must be paid.

REFUNDS
Deposits are non-refundable.

I do not give refunds if you cancel, cut our booking


For FMTY 50% deposit is required PLUS RT tickets

DEPOSITS & VERIFICATION
A MINIMUM OF $300 deposit is required to secure your booking via bank transfer or PAYID.

For verification, I request:
    •    ID + Selfie, and
    •    Hotel reservation or utility bill (if residential).

A brief health check is performed at the start of each booking. If anything seems off, we’ll cancel respectfully (deposit withheld at my discretion).

Please be patient when booking — my days fill up quickly.

Advance bookings (1–2 days ahead) are always appreciated. If I miss your message, I’ll get back to you once I’m free or between appointments.
