Terms and Conditions:
Deposit: Melbourne: 30% deposit for advanced bookings from new clients, last min/short notice bookings I normally don’t need deposit but I may ask for one if the vibe on texts is not genuine enough. If you cancel on me with enough notice, the deposit is non refundable but can be credited once and be used within 6 months, if cancelled with short notice or last min (with less than 24hour notice),the deposit is forfeited.

35% deposit for touring cities and non refundable but can be credited once within 6 months if enough notice (2weeks notice for touring, 24h notice for Melbounre) is provided.

I strongly suggest not to pay the full amount days before our date to avoid losing the whole amount in the case you need to cancel.

If the booking process is complicated and Lengthy with lots of time and efforts (for example heaps of back and forth emails/messages) spent, I may withhold 50-150 deposit without refund or credit even when you cancel with enough notice.
In the event I have already prepared for Greek service, and you cancel the booking, your deposit will be forfeited (as it is compensation for my time and efforts put in preparing for the Greek service).

FMTY rates: overnight:$4000 ngfe, $5000-5500 pse
GFE: 5000/day (24h), 8000/2days,9500/3days, add 1000 for PSE
Weekend: 7500 ngfe 8500 PSE
FMTY rates are inclusive of flight fees

For touring 50-100 travel applies to all outcall bookings.
For outcall in Melbourne ,I do not charge xtra travel fee for bookings over $500 if your location is within 3km radius. Xtra 50-100 travel fee applies if over 3km.

Video call: chat or/and with non penetrative show 100/15 mins, 250/30 mins, 300/h

Please do notice me in advance if you need a-nal so I can prepare for it.
