CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel, your deposit or pre-payment is NON-REFUNDABLE. In the unlikely event that I cancel, your deposit or pre-payment is refundable in full.

If you cancel within 24 hours of our booking, you will be liable for the FULL cost of the booking.

For ‘no fault’ cancellations due to Covid lockdowns, I shall issue a credit note valid for two years from the date of issue. This is to be used for the same length of booking as the original booking, so a credit note for a 24 hour booking must be used for another 24 hour booking, not two x 12 hour bookings.

TRAVEL CHARGES

Bookings of at least 90 minutes to CBD hotels do NOT attract a travel surcharge. Travel outside the CBD incurs a travel fee from $100.

Travel to rural Victoria incurs a travel charge FROM $1,000, depending on distance from the CBD.

PRE-PAYMENT DISCOUNT OF 10%

If you book at LEAST ONE WEEK in advance, for a minimum of THREE hours (3 hrs), and pay in full within 24 hours of making the booking, you will receive a 10% discount on the advertised rate for all the following booking types GFE, COUPLES & FETISH.

This discount does NOT apply to bookings with my male or female doubles partners, or to my clock-free service. It also doesn't apply to extras, or travel charges.

Please note that pre-payments in full must be paid into a bank account (not sent as a gift voucher) and if you choose to transfer online it can take up 72 hours to clear - more over weekends. No bookings are confirmed until funds are cleared.
