How to prep for your anal adventure....
Anticipation is half the fun of our rendezvous.
So that we can enjoy the full amount of time together here are some tips on how to prep for our adventure.
A little bit of prep can go a long way in making the experience all the more enjoyable!
The overall health of your digestive system will contribute to the ability of your anus to soften, relax & become more receptive to my touch. Between now and our adventure, focus on eating lots of fibre rich foods (fruit and veggies), and remember to drink lots of water throughout the day. Try not to consume exsesive caffeine as this dehydrates your system.
Try to avoid a heavy meal immediately prior to our session.
Be squeaky clean. Use lots of soap & water and get into all those nooks and crannies! Being confident about feeling clean “down there” will certainly help you to relax.
Do I need to douche?
Anal douching, or rinsing the rectum with water, isn’t 100% essential, but definitely contributes to feeling confident about being clean, allowing you to relax and enjoy the experience. You can purchase a device from sex stores and chemists, which allows you to insert water into your anus; hold the water inside of you briefly, and then release it into the toilet like a bowel movement. Do this several times until the water runs clean. I recommend doing this about 30 minutes prior to our booking.
Relaxation is key..... practice relaxing your anus on an exhalation....imagine my finger there pressing gently.
