Sydney in Spring time
Arrive in Sydney last week and stayed with a lovely friend for a few days near Newtown. My first time staying in that area, I really liked it. I drove up from Melbourne for the first time ever, and it's been great having my car with me, so I can trek around and get a real feel for Sydney that I've not experienced before. It's been like stepping back in time driving around all of these old, very narrow one way streets, old architecture and so much more.
I'm now situated on the border of Redfern and Surry Hills for the rest of my stay, (until Oct 2nd) and am absolutely loving it. So far the highlights of my trip have been my first ever aqua aerobics class, my wonderful clients, especially a certain Phd who shall remain nameless, but if he's reading this he knows who he is. ;-) And catch ups with my gorgeous colleagues.
Really looking forward to a huge night out we have planned on Saturday, dinner and dancing. Will hopefully post some party pics here or on my twitter.
I think that's all for my first ever diary entry. I hope you enjoyed reading as much as I enjoyed doing it all.
