Doing Yoga Everyday Actually Changed My Life
I never thought of myself as athletic. A few month ago I was still struggle to set my weights right. I tried not eating any carbs, run on the treadmill everyday to make sure I burn some calories to feel right about myself. One day I was actually confident enough to get a bikini myself, I didn't have a lot of energy, I did not feel like going out, and I was just feeling really down about myself.
I took matters into my own hands and tried to eat a little healthier during the day to see if it gave me more energy. I then start going to yoga classes with my sister. There I saw an instant shift. I never thought of myself as a creative, excited, or passionate person, but for the first time in my life, I was so inspired!
Now yoga has been one of the most favourite parts of my daily routine. I start fresh every morning on the yoga mat at home, got really into meditating. Now not only my body feels healthier, aesthetic and flexible, I also feel so much more confident in my bikini sets. And when you feel strong, it's almost impossible not to feel good about yourself. Now I talk about yoga everyday and keep encouraging my friends to go to classes with me. After all I feel that the most important thing is to find a workout that is suitable for you and your needs.
