Bruises and Pole Dancing
Physical activity is something I have always enjoyed. Sex being my number one preference for increasing the heart rate and toning the body. My long time lover, when referring to health, is yoga. Something I have enjoyed since high school. Recently I have discovered pole dancing. It's a fabulous work out. Sexy, challenging, fabulous for toning and it really strengthens the core. The only draw back at the moment is all the bruises it leaves on my legs.
The bruises can be quite large and rather dark. One gentleman; a new client, thought I must be into rough sex. I've had to reassure regular clients no one is hurting me. Thank goodness the weather is cooling and I can wear stockings again.
